USAC is entering into litigation to defend YOUR access rights on the Lower Provo River. This case is in Fourth District Court and is being brought against members of the Ault family and related parties who own land along the river from Deer Creek Dam to the Heber Creeper railroad trestle. The purpose of this action is to establish the navigability of the Lower Provo River and the right of the public to use the river and its bed for lawful recreational purposes.

Your consent to USAC bringing this court action on your behalf is a condition to your Full Membership in USAC. To join USAC as a Full Member and grant your consent, complete the form below. Note: Granting consent does NOT make you a named party in the lawsuit. It is a new precaution we have to take because of recent changes in Utah law.
