A special meeting of the USAC General Membership will be held virtually on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at 7:00pm via Zoom videoconference and teleconference. We encourage all members in good standing to attend.

This meeting is a follow up to our annual meeting on November 17, 2021. At this special meeting, the membership will be asked to vote on amendments to USAC’s Articles of Incorporation that will allow it to convert to a section 501(c)(3) organization under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Benefits of 501(c)(3) conversion include exemption from sales and income taxes, tax-deductible contributions, and eligibility for certain grants and partnerships.
