In Loving Memory of John Young

It is with heavy hearts that we share the sad news that USAC attorney John Young passed away recently. John joined USAC’s legal team a few months prior to trial in the Provo case and had played a key role in that case ever since, donating hundreds of hours of his time and expertise to a cause he held dear.

John was a loving and giving grandfather, a father, a husband, a close and loyal friend, an outstanding attorney and mentor, and an outstanding fly angler and sportsman. John was, in short, an exceptional human being. Those whose lives he touched know that they are themselves better human beings for having had John in their lives. We will miss him and remember him.

Please pause for a moment to thank John for his many contributions and wish his family and friends some measure of peace as they navigate this difficult time.

Sincerely,

Board of Directors
