January 2011 - USAC holds membership meeting to provide progress report to members and plan for the upcoming legislative general session. In May, USAC counsel files a Complaint initiating its Navigability (Weber River) lawsuit in the Third District Court of Utah. On June 30th, USAC is granted 501(c)(4) status by the IRS.
